Submission stages and dates:
Title and abstract submission 13th September 2022
Notification of abstract acceptance 17th September 2022
Full paper submission 1st October 2022
Notification of paper acceptance 4th October 2022
Security clearance number submission and fee payment* 7th October 2022
Confirmation of presence (including scanned receipt of payment) 7th October 2022

* Authors will make the payment only after paper acceptance message.

PAPER SELECTION:
the international scientific committee will consider all abstracts received within the submission deadline;
all the authors will receive a notification of abstract selection;
all full papers received by the submission deadline will be double-blind reviewed by members of the international scientific committee;
an author can submit two papers at the most (maximum four authors/article);
for authors whose language is not English we strongly recommend that you have your work proofread (preferably by an English native speaker or specialist).

Submission details:
The title and abstract of the paper(s) will be submitted by the author(s) by completing a Registration form and emailed to: conference@crmra.ro
The full paper(s) will be submitted as a .DOC and .DOCX file(s) to: conference@crmra.ro
Papers will be published in the Conference proceedings, in electronic form, with ISSN.

Registration fee
Full Conference Fee - 75 Euro (or the equivalent in RON) (that will include lunch in the days of the c onference and the Gala Dinner organized each year by DRESMARA in Brasov’s Old Town.)
Submitting an article to be published in the Conference Volume (without an active participation in the Conference / available also for online participants in hybrid format) - 65 Euro (or the equivalent in RON)
Participation in the Conference without publication - 25 Euro (or the equivalent in RON)
Registration Fee Includes
access to all conference panels or workshops
a conference portfolio (including a book of abstracts and the conference program);

Selected papers will be published in the Journal of Defense Resources Management and all other accepted papers will be published in the Conference Volume, both volumes being featured in multiple International DataBases. The scanned receipt is to be sent as attachment to the confirmation template by 7th October 2022.
