2023 2nd International Conference on Innovations and Development of Information Technologies and Robotics (IDITR 2023) 2023/5/26-28 | Chengdu, China https://iditr.org/ 2023 2nd International Conference on Innovations and Development of Information Technologies and Robotics (IDITR 2023) will be hosted in Chengdu, China during May 26-28, 2023, which is co-organized by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers(HKSME), technical sponsored by IEEE Chengdu Section and York University. This conference will include invited expert keynote speakers, oral presentations, special workshops. IDITR 2023 will provide a forum for researchers and engineers in both academia and industry to exchange the latest innovations and research advancements in Innovation and Emerging Robotics. IDITR 2023 also provides the attendees the chances to identify the emerging research topics, as well as the future development directions in all field of robotics science. Also, the aim of the conference is to transform of fundamental research into institutional and industrialized research and to convert applied exploration into real time application. We warmly welcome prospective authors to submit your research papers to IDITR 2023, and share your latest research results and valuable experiences with other top-scientists, engineers and scholars from all over the world. ●Publication & Indexing 1. All submissions will be peer reviewed, and all the accepted papers will be published in The Conference Proceeding of IDITR 2023 (ISBN: 979-8-3503-4557-5), which is published by IEEE, the publisher will submit to Engineering Village, Scopus, Web of Science and other databases for review and indexing after publication. 2. Selected papers with high quality will be recommended to publish in international journal. ●Speakers Prof. Shuzhi Sam Ge National University of Singapor, Singapore Prof.Shuzhi Sam Ge is the Director of Social Robotics Lab, Interactive Digital Media Institute, and Supervisor of Edutainment Robotics Lab, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the National University of Singapore. He obtained his BSc from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and PhD and DIC from Imperial College London. He has (co)-authored three books: Adaptive Neural Network Control of Robotic Manipulators (World Scientific, 1998), Stable Adaptive Neural Network Control (Kluwer, 2001) and Switched Linear Systems: Control and Design (Springer-Verlag, 2005), over 300 international journal and conference papers, and edited a book: Autonomous Mobile Robots: Sensing, Control, Decision Making and Applications (Taylor and Francis, 2006). He is the Editor-in-Chief, International Journal of Social Robotics, Springer, and the book Editor of the Taylor & Francis’ Automation and Control Engineering Series. He has served/been serving as an Associate Editor for a number of flagship journals including IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks, and Automatica. At IEEE Control Systems Society, he served/serves as Vice President for Technical Activities, 2009-2010, and Vice President for Membership Activities, 2011. He is an Fellow of IFAC, IEEE, and IET. Prof. Fuchun Sun Tsinghua University, China Dr. Fuchun Sun is professor of Department of Computer Science and Technology and President of Academic Committee of the Department, Tsinghua University, deputy director of State Key Lab. of Intelligent Technology & Systems, Beijing, China. He also serve as Vice president of China Artificial Intelligence Society and executive director of China Automation Society. His research interests include robotic perception and intelligent control. He has won the Champion of Autonoumous Grasp Challenges in IROS2016 and IROS 2019. Dr. Sun is the recipient of the excellent Doctoral Dissertation Prize of China in 2000 by MOE of China and the Choon-Gang Academic Award by Korea in 2003, and was recognized as a Distinguished Young Scholar in 2006 by the Natural Science Foundation of China. He served as an associated editor of IEEE Trans. on Neural Networks during 2006-2010, IEEE Trans. On Fuzzy Systems during 2011-2018, IEEE Trans. on Cognitive and Developement since 2018 and IEEE Trans. on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems since 2015. Prof. Valentina Emilia Balas Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, Romania Valentina E. Balas is currently Full Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, Romania. She holds a Ph.D. Cum Laude, in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is author of more than 350 research papers in refereed journals and International Conferences. Her research interests are in Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors, Information Fusion, Modeling and Simulation.She is the Editor-in Chief to International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms (IJAIP) and to International Journal of Computational Systems Engineering (IJCSysE), member in Editorial Board member of several national and international journals and is evaluator expert for national, international projects and PhD Thesis. Dr. Balas is the director of Intelligent Systems Research Centre in Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad and Director of the Department of International Relations, Programs and Projects in the same university.She served as General Chair of the International Workshop Soft Computing and Applications (SOFA) in nine editions organized in the interval 2005-2020 and held in Romania and Hungary Prof. Heshen Wang Shanghai Jiao Tong University Dr. Hesheng Wang received the B.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology. Harbin, China, in 2002, the M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in Automation & Computer-Aided Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. From 2007 to 2009, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Assistant in the Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He joined Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an Associate Professor in 2009. Currently, he is a Professor of Department of Automation, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. He worked as a visiting professor at University of Zurich in Switzerland. His research interests include visual servoing, service robot, robot control and computer vision. Prof. Dongyi Chen University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China Prof. Dongyi Chen is a professor of the Mobile Computing Center of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He is also a visiting research fellow at Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology of Chinese Academy of Science. He got ph.d degree in1997 at Chongqing university, and was postdoctoral at the University of Toronto, processor of Chongqing university,visiting professor at GVU center of Georgia Tech ,TZI Center of Bremen University separately from 1999-2017 . He is Co –Chair of IEEE SMCS TC on Interactive and Wearable Computing and Devices.
