We are pleased to announce that IEEE The International Conference on Power Science and Technology (ICPST 2023) is to be held in Kunming, Yunnan, China on May 5-7, 2023. The conference is co-sponsored by Kunming University of Science and Technology, Science and Engineering Institute, hosted by School of Electrical Power Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology, patrons with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Northeast Electric Power University, Guizhou University, School of Automation, Central South University, and School of Automation, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan).
IEEE ICPST 2023 will feature contributed papers, keynote & invited talks, special sessions, as well as parallel sessions, where you will meet and network with researchers in power science and technology and others who are interested in the latest techniques in the field of power engineering. On behalf of the organizing committee, we warmly invite you to take part in the conference. With your participation and contribution, together, we shall advance the state-of-the-art in the field of power science and techniques and their applications.

● All submissions will be peer reviewed, and all the accepted papers will be published in the *IEEE conference Proceedings*, which will be inclusion into IEEE Xplore, and indexed by *EI Compendex and Scopus*.
