The 14th International Workshop on Network on Chip Architectures (NoCArc) has been providing a forum for researchers to present and discuss innovative ideas and solutions related to the design and implementation of many-core architectures based on the NoC paradigm since 2008.

Considering the COVID-19 pandemic, NoCArc will be held as a virtual event with no travel and accommodation expenses. The accepted papers will be invited for an extended journal version, to be published in a special issue. Please take this opportunity to submit your abstracts by August 20, 2021 and full papers by August 27, 2021.
