General conditions
Depending on the extent, thematic structure and target group, it makes sense to submit an abstract on a specific EMV topic and apply for one of the 3-hour workshops or the conference presentations.
Conference contribution
The presentation time is 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion and the language is either German or English. Please note that you can choose between two forms of participation as a conference speaker:
- Submission of an abstract and later a full paper that will appear in the conference proceedings and in the repository with DOI number (Open Access) as a citable publication. In this case, it must be a first publication. You will benefit from the citability of your paper and the chance to win the Best Paper or Young Engineer Award.
- Submission of an abstract only, which will appear in the conference proceedings. Since participation as a speaker in this form requires neither a first publication nor a full paper, your time commitment will be much lower.
