8th IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section International Conference on Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering (UPCON 2021)
The 8th IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section International Conference on Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Engineering (UPCON 2021) is a premier international technical conference of the IEEE U.P. Section in India Council (I.C.) of Region 10 (R10). It provides a forum for researchers and engineers from broad fields of electrical, computer & electronics engineering & technology to share ideas and disseminate research findings. Eminent experts will be invited to deliver keynote & other invited talks on trends & significant advances in emerging technologies. The past editions of UPCON have been organized at GCET, Greater Noida (2014), Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad (IIITA), Allahabad (2015), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-BHU) Varanasi (2016), GLA University (GLAU) Mathura (2017), MMMUT Gorakhpur (2018), AMU Aligarh (2019), and MNNIT Allahabad, Prayagraj (2020).
This year the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology, Dwarahat (Almora), Uttarakhand and Tula's Institute, Dhoolkot, Dehradun, Uttarakhand will organize the UPCON 2021 during Nov. 11-13, 2021, at Tula's Institute, Dhoolkot, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
Authors are invited to submit their original research papers to UPCON 2021. The scope of UPCON-2021 includes, but not limited to, the followings: -

The best papers will be selected from the contributed papers for awards. Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of six pages (maximum), with a double-column IEEE conference format. Publications: All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for possible publication and indexing by Web of Science and SCOPUS.
