At OSAD 2020, we welcomed 30 speakers who joined from all around the world. The presentations were mostly live in two different tracks (one with a strategic focus and one with a technical focus). Up to 180 participants from the private sector, the public sector and the media followed the streams.
OSAD focuses on trends, developments and technologies in the area of open source-based IT and cloud automation. As in previous years, OSAD 2021 will consist of a two-day conference and a workshop day.

The focus of the Open Source Automation Days 2021 will be on Cloud (Cloud-Native, Cloud-Management, Public-Cloud, Private-Cloud, Hybrid-Cloud), DevOps /GitOps, Containerization, Security Automation and Artificial Intelligence. Also of interest are exciting user stories about how how companies dealt with the subject of IT automation during the pandemic.

How does it work?
The OSAD offers you the opportunity to present your topic to an interested and target group-specific audience.
Besides the two lecture tracks Strategy and Technique, this year there will also be the opportunity to hold a workshop:

1. Strategy Track:

The Strategy Track offers you the opportunity to present to IT decision-makers and media representatives why open source software is essential for you and indispensable for companies.

2. Technology Track:

The Technology Track offers you the opportunity to present and discuss technical details and open source solutions for automation tools to a network of developers and IT experts.

3. Workshop Session:

In the run-up to the conference, a workshop day will be held on 04.10.2021. Here you have the opportunity to communicate your topic in a HandsOn Session.
