Deploying efficient and effective ICT infrastructures, solutions, and services when limited resources are available is a daunting task. This has been a topic of great concern to researchers and practitioners alike, who are working to promote the diffusion of ICT in developing countries. EAI AFRICOMM 2021 aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and policy makers in ICT to discuss issues and trends, recent research, innovation advances and on-the-field experiences related to e-Infrastructure and e-Services along with their associated policy and regulations with a deep focus on developing countries.

All registered papers will be submitted for publishing by Springer and made available through SpringerLink Digital Library.

AFRICOMM proceedings are indexed in leading indexing services, including Ei Compendex, ISI Web of Science, Scopus, CrossRef, Google Scholar, DBLP, as well as EAI’s own EU Digital Library (EUDL).
