We received requests for additional time to submit your work to Archiving 2021. The deadline is extended to 15 April to accommodate these requests. Rest assured, reviews of submissions received are in progress.

Authors are invited to submit 1-2 page abstracts for peer-review describing original work in technical areas related to 2D, 3D, and AV materials within, but not limited to, the following areas.

*Digitization / Imaging
*Preservation
*Access
*Management and Partnerships

PEER REVIEW PROCESS AND PUBLICATION
All submitted proposals are peer-reviewed to ensure that the program provides significant, timely, and authoritative information.

Papers presented at the conference should be complete in regards to advancing the state of knowledge in the area of cultural heritage archiving.

All papers presented at Archiving 2021 are published Open Access in the conference proceedings, indexed with various services, filed with the US Library of Congress, and made available as downloadable PDFs through the IS&T Digital Library.

Publication Policy:
Conference registration is required for paper presentations. All papers will be presented live.
The conference language is English.

DECISION NOTIFICATION
Final decisions on acceptance and presentation format (oral or interactive poster paper) are at the Technical Program Committee's discretion. Notices of acceptance will be sent by 30 April 2021 for submissions submitted by the deadline. For submissions submitted after the 5 April deadline, acceptance notification is on a rolling basis.

Final papers are due 28 May 2021.
