The primary goal of this conference is to present state-of-the-art scientific results, encourage academic and industrial interactions, and promote collaborative research activities in Pattern Recognition, Machine Intelligence, and related fields, involving scientists, engineers, professionals, researchers, and students from India and abroad. The conference is held biennially to make it an ideal platform for people to share their views and experiences in the said areas. This is the ninth conference of this series.
Submission Guidelines: ====================== Submissions for the main conference must be made online through EasyChair following the submission link: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=premi21 Papers should have a maximum of six A4 pages (including figures, tables, and complete with authors’ affiliations). For more details, please see the PReMI’21 website (https://www.isical.ac.in/~premi21/). Papers exceeding six pages will be subjected to overlength page charges. Manuscripts, to be reviewed double-blind, must be prepared with LaTex2e (use Springerclass file llncs2e.zip). Follow the authors’ instruction given in the following link: http://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines In submitting a manuscript to PReMI'21, authors acknowledge that no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another journal, conference, or another event with published proceedings. In such a case, the submission to PReMI'21 will be rejected without review. All accepted papers, whose author(s) register, would be included in the conference proceedings likely to be published by Springer International Publishing in its prestigious LNCS series. Past editions of PReMI were indexed by Scopus and other indexing agencies. In addition, Extended versions of some selected papers may be considered for publication in special issues of different SCI-indexed journals after further reviews and following the norms and standards of the respective journals. Plagiarism: The single source similarity score should not be more than 5% and the overall similarity score should not exceed 15% in order to include the paper in the PReMI'21 Springer LNCS Proceedings.
