The Chilean Chapter of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society warmly welcomes you to the 7th Latin American Conference on Computational Intelligence that will be held in the Universidad de LaFrontera, Temuco, in southern Chile, from 2 to 5 November 2021. This year we will include a special topic on Ethical, Social and Environmental Implications of CI technology. As Chile is experiencing some social changes, it is our interest to strengthen some particularly local sensitive issues, especially with regard to gender equity and interculturality. For this reason, in addition to the Scientific usual topics, LACCI 2021 gathers these relevant issues, emphasizing the importance of the diversity of visions regarding the development of new technologies.

Submission

Paper length will be up to 6 pages, following the conference-paper templates in Word or LaTeX provided by IEEE.
Papers must be written in MS-Word or LaTeX.
Papers must be written in English.
Papers will be submitted using the Easychair System. (link will be soon enabled)
Selected papers of IEEE LA-CCI 2020 would be invited to a Special Issue *.

The LA-CCI will *ONLY* accept articles written in English. Authors submitting to LA-CCI are implicitly acknowledging that papers will undergo stricter review criteria (including about three reviewers per paper).

* Articles selected for any special issue Articles will go through an additional review process (depending on each journal policy). So, we cannot guarantee straightforward publications without fulfillment of further requests, but we will try to make this extra process fast.
