MCS 2011
10th International Workshop
Multiple Classifier Systems
June 15-17, 2011, Naples, Italy

Submission deadline (*NEW*): January 31, 2011

Worhshop Chairs:
Carlo Sansone (University of Naples, Italy)
Josef Kittler (University of Surrey, UK)
Fabio Roli (University of Cagliari, Italy)

MCS 2011 is the tenth edition in a well-established series of meetings providing
an international forum for the discussion of issues in multiple classifier system
The aim of the workshop is to bring together researchers from diverse communities
concerned with this topic, including neural network, pattern recognition, machine
learning and statistics.
Information on the previous MCS editions can be found on the website
The special focus of MCS 2011 will be on the application of multiple classifier
systems in computer security.

Papers describing original work in the following and related research topics are
- Foundations of multiple classifier systems
- Methods for classifier fusion
- Design of multiple classifier systems
- Diversity in multiple classifier systems
- Classifier combination and classifier selection
- Combination of multiple kernels
- Mixtures of experts
- Algebraic and discrete mathematical methods, intelligent agents, etc.
- Applications, especially in computer security
