The 2020 IEEE International Symposium on Sustainable Energy, Signal Processing & Cyber Security (IEEE-iSSSC 2020), technically co-sponsored by IEEE Kolkata Section, is being organized by the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, GIET University, Gunupur, Odisha, India from December 16-17, 2020. The inaugural edition of this conference invites papers that report latest research and novel applications of IoT, AI/ML, and Big Data to the fields of sustainable energy, signal processing, and cyber security. Contributions are invited in the following three tracks:

Track-1: Renewable and Sustainable Energy (RSE)
Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and its integration with Micro Grids; Smart Grid; Power Electronic Converters; Distributed Generation Sources and Grid Interconnection; Micro Grid and Smart Grid Systems; Electric Vehicles (EV) and Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV); Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) Technologies, Energy Storage Systems; Building Energy Management; etc.
Track 2: Signal Processing and Applications (SPA)
Signal Processing for Communication and Networking; Array Signal Processing; Biomedical Signal Processing; Image and Video Processing, Speech and Natural Language Processing; etc.
Track-3: Cyber Security and Communication (CSC)
Cyber Security challenges in Digitalization, Networking of Machines, and Industrial systems; Cyber Security System and Block Chain technologies in Micro Grid/Smart Grid, Machine Learning & Big Data Analytics in Smart Grids for Smart Cities; IoT in Renewal and Sustainable Energy Systems; Security in Healthcare and Biomedical Applications; Wireless and Mobile Communication; Cooperative and D2D Communication; 5G and Green Communication; etc.
Papers submitted to IEEE iSSSC 2020 must contain original work by the author(s) that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. They must be prepared in the standard IEEE two-column conference format, and must not exceed six pages of technical content (including figures and references). All accepted and presented papers in the conference will be submitted for publication in the IEEE Xplore® digital library.
Selected papers from IEEE-iSSSC 2020 program will be invited for submission of their significant extended version to a special issue of a Scopus Indexed Journal.
The conference will also include keynote talks, special sessions and panel discussions on emerging topics by eminent national and international researchers from academia, industry practitioners, and business leaders.
