All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Papers will be published in the author's edition. The authors are responsible for the authenticity of facts, quotations, names and other information.

The following paper categories are welcome:

Short paper (2–4 full pages)
Monograph chapter (10–25 full pages)
