CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION

3rd INTERNATIONAL CONFERCENCE SEA-CONF (SEA-CONF 2017） will be held on May 18-20, 2017 in Constanta. The main objective of SEA-CONF 2017 is to provide a platform for academics, researchers, engineers, consultants and companies from all over the world. Warmly welcome the experts and scholars engaged in research on related technologies and professional and technical personnel to contribute and participate in the SEA-CONF conference.

PAPER PUBLICATION

Abstracts for all accepted papers in Sea-Conf will be published in Book of Abstracts with ISSN. All accepted papers that fulfill editing rules according to paper submission guidelines will be sent for review and publishing acceptance/rejection to Scientific Bulletin of Naval Academy SBNA [ISSN 2392-8956] indexed in databases such as Proquest, Ebsco, DOAJ, Google Scholar and others

- 28.02.2017 - Full paper submission (if author requested publication in SBNA)
- 18-20.05.2017 -Conference Date
