Keynote Address: “Opportunities and Challenges for the Engineering Sciences in Systems Medicine” will be delivered by Prof. Olaf Wolkenhauer, from Dept. of Systems Biology & Bioinformatics, University of Rostock, Germany.

Keynote Address: “Social Media Analytics: Opportunities, Challenges and Threats” will be delivered by Dr. Samhaa R. El-Beltagy, Professor at Nile University (NU), Center for Informatics Science.

All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. Accepted and presented papers may be published in the final technical conference proceedings, and indexed in IEEE Xplore, with the ISSN 2161-1343 (Print). Extended versions of selected papers will be considered for publication in the special issue of the International Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Soft Computing (Inderscience Publishers).
