The aim of the International Conference on Modeling, Simulation and Applied Optimization (ICMSAO’19), which is organized by the University of Bahrain, is to bring together researchers and practitioners from all over the world to share and discuss advances and developments in the fields of Modeling, Simulation and Applied Optimization and their applications. All papers registered and presented at ICMSAO 2019 conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore (and Scopus). Authors of some selected accepted papers presented at the conference will be invited to submit extended versions of their manuscripts for consideration in international reputable journals. We look forward to welcoming you in Bahrain soon. Maximum paper length for the proceedings is five pages, with up to one additional page with page charges (5+1).
