Neural Networks are one of prominent achievements of scientific community to implement smart computation. Neural Networks which are bio-inspired computation paradigms have a major role any smart algorithm and computation in various disciplines. The First International Conference Neural Networks and Applications aims to combine forces of neural network community in different disciplines and provide a good platform to exchange ideas, innovation and best practices. The First International Conference on Neural Networks and Applications will be held in three online events in (26-Dec 2015, 25-Feb 2016 and 28-April 2016) and one physical event in (28-April 2016). The physical event will be held in conjunction with the last online event in Tehran, Iran.

The First International Conference on Neural Networks and Applications is organized by Center for Development of Advanced Technology and Science in partnership with international community of Neural Networks. The proceedings of the conference will be published in three volumes after each online and online-physical event. The full-text of proceedings will be available online on ViraScience Conference Systems open access and for free. ViraScience Conference Systems is based on OCS platform and OAI protocol of publication. The proceedings will be indexed automatically by all major OAI harvester databases like Google Scholar.

All manuscripts received by The First International Conference on Neural Networks and Applications will be peer-reviewed.
