The IEEE Vehicular Technology Society (VTS) Japan Chapter, Seoul Chapter, Singapore Chapter and Taipei Chapter are cooperatively hosting this symposium every year. The proposal should include the title of the proposed special session with a one-page brief description of the proposed session.
