■ The 2nd KICS Korea-Vietnam International Workshop on Information and Communications will be held on December 15-17, 2014 in Hanoi, Vietnam. This workshop, hosted by Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) and KICS Vietnam Chapter, aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars in Korea and Vietnam to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of Information and communication technology.

■ The 2nd KICS Korea-Vietnam International Workshop on Information and Communications invites the submission of previously unpublished research work. Manuscript should be with the length of 4 to 5 pages in A4 size for evaluation using IEEE template at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Oral or Poster presentation will be decided on the basis of quality of works and time frame.
