Call For Papers

The 2018 IEEE International Workshop on Human and Social Aspects of Software Quality

in conjunction with QRS 2018

Lisbon, Portugal, July 16-20, 2018

The discipline of software engineering was created to address poor quality of software. The human and social aspects are important issues in the process of software development. Therefore, studying human and social aspects in software engineering, as well as mining the social networks for developers, may help software engineers to improve the quality of software products.

The International Workshop on Human and Social Aspects of Software Quality (HASQ) aims to provide a forum to bring together researchers, practitioners and experts in both social networks and software engineering to present and discuss their relevant results or experience in either social networks for developers and software quality. And the special emphasis will be put on the intersection of two fields.

The HASQ workshop will be co-located with QRS 2018.

Topics of interest

Topics include, but are not limited to:
• Developer social networks
• Software testing
• Software analysis
• Software quality assurance
• Empirical study of human aspects in software quality
• Empirical study of developer social networks in software quality
• Tools
