Call For Papers

Sustainable resources utilization, development, and recycling have become urgent needs for a green society. Researchers from various countries meet each other to exchange their views and experiences. It is expected that discussion at the international forum would provide an opportunity to initiate network and work together for a green society.

Following the successful 12 previous EARTH Symposium series, the 13th International Symposium on East Asian Resources Recycling Technology (EARTH 2015) is expected to be extended to ASEAN countries. It will provide a forum to exchange and share the experiences and achievements related to different aspects of sustainable resources utilization and recycling.

The EARTH 2015 Symposium will be organized during 1st – 4th November 2015 at PATTAYA, Thailand. The event is organized by Faculty of Engineering and Energy Research Institute, Chulalongkorn University in collaboration with the National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC) and the Electrical and Electronics Institute (EEI).

Scope and Topics:
The scope of the symposium covers all aspects related to policy, management, and technology on resources recovery and recycling. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the followings:

Resources Development and Utilization: Policy, Management, and Life-cycle evaluation
Material Flow, Resource Economics and Policy
Recycling and Utilization of Wastes, including industrial wastes, e-wastes, end-life vehicles, municipal solid wastes, etc.
Waste-to-Energy: Policy, Management, and Technology
Energy, Environment, and Related Social Issues
