ICECCS 2014 is the third International conference in succession. The past two conferences in this series have been highly successful and well-commended, and we strive to make it as a high quality conference.

ICECCS 2014 will provide a forum for presenting and discussing innovative research on a broad range of topics in the fields of sustainable and energy-efficient computing, and computing for a more sustainable planet. The conference will hold a technical program, panels, workshops, and tutorials on these topics. ICECCS 2014 will be technically co-sponsored by the IEEE, and the proceedings will be published by IEEE Digital Library / Xplore. Selected papers will be recommended for the publications in reputed journals / special issues after extending the work.

ICECCS 2014 welcomes submissions that have not been published and that are not under review by another conference or journal. All submissions will be evaluated on their originality, technical soundness, significance, presentation, and interest to the conference attendees.
