Due to the numerous requests received, the Organizing Committee of the ICI2ST-JISIC 2019 Congress, which will be held on November 13-15, 2019 in Escuela Politécnica Nacional, Quito-Ecuador has decided to extend the deadline to submit papers for the conference.
