All books published in the series are submitted for consideration in Web of Science.


Each article is expected to cover Single Objective Optimization. Thus, we strongly encouraged authors to test the performance of their proposed state of the art algorithms on either any real-world engineering application such as Electrical and power systems, machine learning, Robotics and Expert Systems, Pattern Recognition, Image processing, Bioinformatics, and biomedical engineering, Electronics and
communication engineering, Manufacturing Science and Operation Research or one of CEC 2010-2017 for constrained benchmarks.
