BTK (Information and Communication Technologies Authority) in Ankara will host the “4th International Informatics and Software Engineering Conference” organized by the Turkish Informatics Society (TBD) and IEEE.

The main theme of the conference is "Disaster Recovery and Resilience Management Using Informatics Technology". However, applicants are encouraged to submit their original research works in all fields of informatics, computer science, robotics, and software engineering.

Submissions will be evaluated by at least 2 members of the Scientific Program Committee members. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. Papers should be prepared in English (maximum 6 pages long, A4 size) using the IEEE format and according to the main titles given below. For papers in Turkish, English abstract is required. Papers that do not conform to the format will not be accepted despite content compliance.
