The International Conference on Semi-Conductor Technology (ICSCT 2009) will be held in Jeju Island, South Korea during December 18-19, 2009. The aim objective of ICSCT 2009 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Semi-Conductor Technology. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference.
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding by Conferences Publishing Service. As usual, all papers in the proceeding will be included in the IEEE Xplore and CSDL, and submitted to INSPEC, Thomson ISI Proceeding (ISTP), Ei Compendex for indexing.
