The 5th International Conference on Information Science and Applications (ICISA 2014) will be held in Seoul, Korea. The goal of this conference is to bring together researchers from academia and practitioners from different industries to share ideas, problems, and solutions. This conference will provide many opportunities for researchers to present recent research results and describe emerging technologies, new research problems, and directions in information science and applications issues. The conference seeks to contribute to presenting novel research results in all aspects of information science and applications.

All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Furthermore, the selected papers by organizing committee will be further revised and published in Special Issues of prestigious international journals (SCI, SCIE or Scopus).
