The II Spanish Conference on Information Retrieval will be held at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Informática of the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia on 18 and 19 June 2012.

All accepted papers and posters will be published in a conference proceedings book with ISBN, in electronic format, as well as in the conference's website.

The Spanish Society of Information Retrieval (SERI) supports IR in Spain. All scientists interested in Information Retrieval related fields are welcome to participate. We encourage national and international researchers to submit original papers, written in Spanish or English, related to any aspect of IR including, but not limited to:

In CERI 2012 there are two call for contributions: one for regular papers and another for posters. Regular papers must no exceed 12 pages in the LNCS Springer-Verlag format. Posters must be not longer than 4 pages in the same format. Regular papers will be presented in English or Spanish at the scientific sessions of the conference, and posters will be exhibited and presented in a special Posters session.
