Big Data is an emerging problem of great interest across many communities
in computer science, for example, systems, programming languages, parallel
and distributed computing, artificial intelligence, social computing, etc.
The objective of this workshop is to bring together researchers and
technologists from academia and industry to explore the problem of Big Data
taking into account the need for a multi-disciplinary approach with a focus
on applications of artificial intelligence to the most pertinent technical
challenges in Big Data.

Workshop participants will have the opportunity to meet and discuss issues
with a selected focus - providing an informal setting for active exchange
among researchers, developers and users on topics of current interest.

SUBMISSION
----------

Authors should submit an extended two page abstract. In addition, a short
abstract of up to 300 words should be registered by the abstract registration
deadline. More details can be found on the AIBD'13 website.
