The 17th IEEE International Symposium on Consumer Electronics, sponsored by CE society, is the premier forum for the presentation of the technological advances and research results in the fields of consumer electronics. ISCE 2013, the seventeenth in the series that has been held annually since 1997, brings together the researchers, system developers and service providers and offers a grand chance to share the latest developments of fields pertaining to consumer electronics. This year the theme of the conference is Intelligent Biomedical/Green/Vehicle/3C Consumer Electronics for a Better Life.

Paper Submission:
Authors are invited to submit technical papers presenting original, unpublished research, not currently under review elsewhere. All submissions should be written in English with a maximum length of 2 single-spaced, double-column pages using 10pt size fonts on 8.5 × 11 inch pages, including all figures, tables, and references. All paper submission will be electronic, in PDF format, through EDAS.

Important Dates

Notification of Acceptance: March 29, 2013
Final Paper: April 29, 2013
Online Registration Deadline: May 8, 2013

Taiwan: Originally known to the west as Ilha Formosa, the Beautiful Island has many to offer. Apart from advanced 3C industries, Taiwan also has abundant tourism and ecological resources.
