Chapter proposals are invited for the IGI publication "Speech, Image and Language Processing for Human Computer Interaction: Multi-modal Advancements". This call is limited to following topics only:

Brain computer interface
Interactive visualization techniques
Multi-modal information fusion
Human body motion and gesture based interaction
Group and Community based interaction including Social Network
HCI application for differently-abled persons

Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before April 10, 2011(date extended), a 2-3 page chapter proposal clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors of accepted proposals will be notified by April 20, 2011 about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines. Full chapters are expected to be submitted by June 10, 2011. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.
