Requested by many authors and experts, the organization committee decided to extend the paper submission deadline to MAY 15, 2014 (Fixed extension). Please make your manuscript ready for submitting via Online Submission System (OSS) in time and don't miss this improtant event for SI community this year.

Authors Notification: June 15, 2014
Camera-ready Paper and Registration: July 15, 2014

The ICSI'2014 is the fifth event in a series of conferences (ICSI'2010-Beijing,ICSI'2011-Chongqing, ICSI'2012-Shenzhen and ICSI'2013-Harbin) that serves as a top tier forum for an international community of researchers, practitioners and vendors on all aspects of Swarm Intelligence.

Prospective authors are invited to submit their latest papers via Online Submission System (OSS) at http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icsi2014. and also encouraged to participate "ICSI 2014 Competition on Single Objective Optimization (ICSI-2014-BS)" and FIVE Special Sessions for cutting-edge topics chaired by active researchers.

All papers accepted by ICSI 2014 will be published by Springer in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) (Indexed by ISI,EI Compendex, ISTP, DBLP, etc.), of which some high-quality papers will be selected for special issues of SCI-indexed Journals including,

IEEE/ACM Transactions on Bioinformatics and Computational Biology,
Natural Computing,
Neurocomputing,
Evolutionary Intelligence.
