Bandung, the capital of West Java province, located about 180 kilometres (110 mi) southeast of Jakarta, is the third largest city in Indonesia. Bandung is renowned for its numerous examples of Dutch colonial architecture; most notably the tropical Art Deco architectural style. Bandung is considered a major & significant cultural hub in Indonesia. Most people in the surrounding province of West Java are Sundanese.
