Call For Papers

Putting customer case studies and user experiences on stage for the audience of IT professionals, C-level Executives, the development community, and cloud service providers.

We are seeking papers that present Cloud Computing technology in real world applications.

Cloud Fair 2013 has assembled a program that focuses on enterprise adoption of available and vetted cloud computing offerings. Presentation content will examine the technical elements of what makes cloud deployments work, the challenges faced along the way, and the organizational and cultural dynamics that make cloud deployment attractive.

The target audience will consist of C-level technical managers, technical business managers/directors, and cloud application decision makers.

Cloud Fair 2013 will feature multiple keynotes and multiple breakout sessions as part of its two-day event at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, February 19-20, 2013. The Call for Papers is now open. The deadline to receive full submissions is September 30, 2012.

The Cloud Fair Speaker Selection Committee and Board of Advisors will review submissions with the following general objectives in mind:

-Interesting and relevant content on specific track topics that educate and inform the audience.

-Content that is nonpartisan and non-product specific. There will be product-oriented sessions offered in the exhibit hall theater for upper level sponsors.

-Real world customer case studies will be given priority consideration – present application studies that discuss a problem and the solution.

-Presentations should target the technical business level manager and decision maker.

-Only potential speakers who complete all required fields in the submission form will be considered. Stay within the guidelines – accurate spelling and grammar indicates a professional presenter. Those potential speakers that successfully submit will be given an individual password that enables updating and edits to your submitted abstract and information until September 30, 2012.

-Contact info for the original author/presenter of the submission must be included. We require direct contact with presenters to expedite questions during the submission review process. Voice contact to finalists will be included in the selection process. Submissions missing information will not be considered.
