IHUS-12 will be the most comprehensive workshop focused on Intelligence and Human-centric Ubiquitous Services (IHUS). IHUS-12 will provide an opportunity for academic and industry professionals to discuss the latest issues and progress in the area of intelligence and human-centric ubiquitous services such as multi-modal sensing and vision processing, to algorithmic aspects in interpretive and reasoning domains, to application-oriented efforts in human-centred services, as well as contributions from the fields of networking, HCI, mobile, pervasive computing, and social networks. In addition, the workshop will publish high quality papers which are closely related to the various theories and practical applications in IHUS. Furthermore, we expect that the workshop and its publications will be a trigger for further related research and technology improvements in this important subject.
