The aim of this special section is to bring together researchers and practitioners in areas of knowledge and intelligence, semantics, agents and grid computing to share their visions, research achievements and solutions, to resolve the challenge issue.

Information for authors
The papers will be reviewed by the ICCCI 2012 International Program Committee. The best submissions will be selected for presentation and will be included in the conference proceedings. The papers should present results of the original and unpublished research. The conference proceedings are planned to be published and distributed by Springer-Verlag in series LNCS/LNAI. Submitted papers should be prepared in LNCS/LNAI style and it should follow the instruction given at the ICCCI 2012 website. All papers must be submitted electronically using submission system available on the ICCCI 2012 website.

Important notice that we are going to organize a Special Issue in SCI(E) journal (pending) for our several special sessions including CIST 2012 in ICCCI 2012 and IARST 2012 in IEEE SMC 2012.

Deadline for paper submission: 15 May 2012
Notification of acceptance: 20 July 2012
Camera ready papers submission: 20 August 2012
