This Special Issue will be fully open access. Open access (unlimited and
free access by readers) increases publicity and promotes more frequent

Article Processing Charges (APC) are waived for well prepared
manuscripts before 1 July 2012. The APC for manuscripts submitted from
1 July 2012 onwards are 300 CHF per accepted paper. Additionally, a fee
