Scope & Topics

18th International Conference on Networks & Communications (NeTCoM 2026) will provide an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of Computer Networks & Data Communications. The Conference looks for significant contributions to the Computer Networks & Communications for wired and wireless networks in theoretical and practical aspects. Original papers are invited on Computer Networks, Network Protocols and Wireless Networks, Data Communication Technologies, and Network Security. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field.

Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit papers through the conference Submission System by May 09, 2026. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. The proceedings of the conference will be published by The proceedings of the conference will be published by Computer Science Conference Proceedings (H index 46) in Computer Science & Information Technology (CS & IT) series (Confirmed).

Selected papers from NCS 2026, after further revisions, will be published in the special issue of the following journals.

Call for Contributions

Through NeTCoM’s journal-first initiative, authors of journal-first papers accepted in the following journals are invited to present their research work to the wider audiences. It is providing an opportunity for the authors to engage directly with the conference authors and offering an additional dimension to the research track program.

Scope

  • The article is in the scope of the conference.
  • The paper has not been presented at, and is not under consideration for, journal-first programs of other conferences.
  • Extended version of conference articles, survey articles will not be considered to this track.
  • The associated journal paper needs to have been accepted in the last 12 months period.
