Call for Abstracts
The International School and Conference on Network Science (NetSci 2026) will be held from June 1-5, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Boston / Cambridge, USA.



Submission Deadline: December 19, 2025 (anywhere on Earth)

Notification of Acceptance: January 26, 2026 (expected)



Celebrating its 20th anniversary, NetSci is the flagship conference of the Network Science Society, bringing together researchers and practitioners from physics, computer science, biology, social sciences, economics, engineering, and beyond to share the latest advances in the study of complex networks.

Submissions
We invite you to submit a one-page abstract including one mandatory descriptive figure (with caption) and references. Submissions will be reviewed by the Program Committee, and accepted abstracts will be assigned to one of the following presentation formats:

Contributed Talks – 12-minute presentations in parallel sessions

Lightning Talks – 3-minute presentations in plenary sessions

Posters – presented during the evening poster sessions and reception



During the submission process, please indicate your preferred presentation format. The final decision rests with the Program Committee.

Abstract Requirements
Abstracts must be no longer than one page, including text, figure, and references.

Submissions must be in PDF format, prepared using the official LaTeX abstract template (Overleaf template here) or by following the example PDF (view here).

The language of submission and presentation is English.

Each accepted abstract must be presented in person by one of the authors.

Each author may present only one abstract in the main conference.

Presenting authors must register by the author registration deadline to be included in the final program.
