PUBLICATION

Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
The INCOS 2013 proceedings will be published by IEEE Conference Publishing Service in the form of CD-ROM with ISBN, and will be accessible on-line in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

All CPS conference publications are also submitted for indexing to EI's Engineering Information Index, Compendex®, (Elsevier), and ISI Thomson's Scientific and Technical Proceedings®, ISTP®/ISI Proceedings, and Current Contents on Diskette® (ISI Thomson).

Presented papers at the Tracks of INCoS-2013 will be considered for publication in 13 Special Issues of refereed International Journals (5 SCI indexed with Impact Factor and 8 EI indexed):

SUBMISSION

Submissions should be prepared according to Conference Proceedings Manuscript guidelines:
A paper with not more than eight pages (Conference Proceedings Manuscript: two column, single-spaced), including figures and references, using 10 font size, and number each page.

Papers must be submitted no later than *** MAY 1, 2013 (HARD DEADLINE) *** and electronic submission in PDF is required
