Second call for papers



The eight International Conference on Conceptions of Library and Information Science takes place in Copenhagen at the Royal School of Library and Information Science, August 19.-22. 2013.



Important dates:

March 1. 2013 Deadline for submission of papers, posters, panels and alternative events. For submission CoLIS 8 uses conftool. We expect submission to start a month before deadline.

April 15 2013 Authors notified on acceptance

(All papers will be published in Information Research, an ISI-indexed journal)

August 18. 2013 Doctoral forum

August 19.-22- 2013 CoLIS 8



Keynote Speakers:

Luciano Floridi, Professor of Philosophy and UNESCO Chair in Information and Computer Ethics at the University of Hertfordshire, and Fellow of St Cross College, Oxford.

Nancy van House, Professor, School of Information, University of California, Berkeley.

Stefan Gradman, Professor of Library and Information Science at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin / Berlin School of Library and Information Sciences.
