The IPMU conference is organized every two years with the focus of bringing together scientists working on methods for the management of uncertainty and aggregation of information in intelligent systems. It provides a medium for the exchange of ideas between theoreticians and practitioners in these and related areas.

The deadline for paper submission is December 10, 2011 (extended to Jan. 15, 2012). All submissions will be peer-reviewed on the basis of originality and scientific quality, and authors will be notified about acceptance or rejection by February 25, 2012.

The conference proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag (LNAI/CCIS series).
