Enterprise 2.0 is the use of emergent social software platforms within companies, or between companies and their partners or customers. The use of social software has become an effective tool to improve enterprise competitiveness with an excellent cost-results ratio. The possibilities that it offers for making relationships among the different enterprise stakeholders (customers, employees, suppliers, public administrations, banks, etc), by means of sharing information and knowledge, is going to produce a radical change in the way that business are made. To adapt to this new situation, enterprises not only should be prepared to incorporate technological 2.0 tools, but also should transform its corporate culture, process, structure, and, definitely, its business model.
