The 2013 IEEE Conference on e-Learning, e-Management and e-Services (IC3e 2013) will be held in Kucing, Sarawak, Malaysia from 2nd – 4th December 2013. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and development activities in e-Learning, e-Management, and e-Services. This conference witch enter its 2nd year is continue from IEEE Symposium on e-Learning, e-Management and e-Services (IS3e 2012).

The secondary goal is to promote the exchange of scientific information between researchers, system developers, students, and practitioners from around the world. The symposium will be an ideal platform for researchers to share views and experiences in e-Learning, e-Management, e-Services and other related areas.

“* The Proceedings of IC3e (previously known as IS3e) historically will be included in the IEEE Xplore database.IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (i.e. removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.”
