【Scope and Objectives】

The International Conference on Innovative Computing (IC) provides an open forum for presenting and discussing state-of-the-art research in all areas of computer science and engineering. The conference brings together researchers, engineers, and practitioners from academia and industry to exchange ideas, share cutting-edge developments, and foster collaboration.

IC2027 will be held in Okinawa, Japan, from January 17 to 21, 2027. We welcome proposals for special sessions on topics related to artificial intelligence, soft computing, intelligent systems, perception, cognitive science, psychology, data analysis, the Internet of Things (IoT), and other emerging research areas. Individual paper submissions in the following areas are also invited.

【Regular Paper Submission Guidelines】

An electronic version of the full paper (4–6 pages) should be submitted through the official submission system. Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts using the Springer conference proceedings template, available in both LaTeX and Microsoft Word formats. The submitted paper should include the authors’ names and affiliations.

Accepted papers will be published in the Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) series by Springer, subject to Springer’s publication policies and quality requirements.

Selected high-quality papers may be invited to submit extended versions for possible publication in SCI(E), EI, or Scopus-indexed journals, subject to the respective journal’s peer-review process and editorial policies.
