Special Issue on AI-Powered Cyber-Physical Systems
Multiagent and Grid Systems - An International Journal (SAGE Publications) This special issue aims to present novel theories, methodologies, frameworks, architectures, and applications that leverage AI technologies to solve challenging problems in cyber-physical systems. Topics of Interest include, but not limited to: - Large Language Models (LLMs) in cyber-physical systems - AI agents and autonomous decision-making systems - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for CPS applications - Embodied AI and intelligent robotic systems - Generative AI for CPS design, monitoring, and operation - Multi-agent systems for distributed CPS control and coordination - Reinforcement learning and adaptive control - Machine learning for CPS optimization and resource management - AI-enabled digital twins and simulation environments - Explainable and trustworthy AI for CPS - Edge AI, federated learning, and distributed intelligence - Human-AI collaboration in cyber-physical environments Submission Information Submissions are open now and will be handled on a continuous basis. The Journal's standard peer-review process and revision procedures will be applied to all submissions. Manuscripts for the special issue will receive expedited handling. Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the Journal's submission guidelines and submit their papers through the Journal's online submission system.
