The 23rd International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP 2026) will be held in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, from September 19 to 21, 2026.

ICCWAMTIP 2026 is undertaken by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). The conference is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Chengdu Section and focuses on recent advances in key information technologies. It aims to provide an international forum for researchers, engineers, practitioners, and graduate students from academia and industry to present new results, exchange ideas, address emerging challenges, and discuss future research directions.

The conference proceedings will be published by UESTC. All accepted papers are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI, subject to meeting the publication and indexing requirements. Papers accepted by ICCWAMTIP in past years have been indexed by EI. In addition, 10%–20% of selected high-quality papers will be recommended to SCI journals.
Original, unpublished research papers are welcome. Submitted papers should present novel research results, theoretical developments, experimental studies, innovative applications, or practical systems related to the conference themes. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee.
