CALL FOR SUBMISSION OF BOOK CHAPTERS BASED ON RESEARCH
Expected Publication: October 2026 ISBN and DOI assigned to the work Publisher: International Society of Social and Multidisciplinary Sciences (SICSM) The International Society of Social and Multidisciplinary Sciences (SICSM) invites professors, researchers, graduate students, professionals, and specialists from Mexico and abroad to participate in the collective work: DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION IN ORGANIZATIONS This publication aims to bring together research, case studies, professional experiences, theoretical reviews, and intervention proposals that contribute to understanding, promoting, and strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion in public, private, social, and community organizations. Thematic Areas Contributions related to the following topics are welcome: 1. Diversity and inclusion in organizations. 2. Equal opportunities and non-discrimination. 3. Inclusive leadership and human talent management. 4. Gender and Organizations 5. Labor Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups 6. Social Responsibility and Sustainability 7. Organizational Culture and Diversity 8. Inclusive Education and Educational Management 9. Social Innovation and Inclusion 10. Social and Solidarity Economy 11. Public Management and Social Inclusion 12. Digital Transformation and Inclusion 13. Generational Diversity in Organizations 14. Interculturality and Organizational Management 15. Organizational Studies and Human Development 16. Other topics related to administrative and social sciences Types of Contributions The following will be accepted: 1. Research Results 2. Case Studies 3. Academic Essays 4. Literature Reviews 5. Professional Intervention Experiences 6. Chapters derived from papers presented at conferences 7. Original, unpublished academic works. General Requirements 1. The chapter must be original and unpublished. 2. It must not be published or under review by any other publisher. 3. It must be between 12 and 20 pages long, including references. 4. It must be submitted in Word format using the editorial template provided by SICSM. 5. Include an abstract, keywords, chapter development, and references in APA 7th edition format. 6. A maximum of four authors per chapter is allowed. Prepare your manuscript according to the Word template. Thematic relevance. 2. Originality. 3. Methodological quality. 4. Academic rigor. 5. Clarity of writing. 6. Contribution to knowledge. The evaluation criteria may be: 1. Accepted without changes. 2. Accepted with minor modifications. 3. Accepted with major modifications. 4. Not accepted. Publication Accepted chapters will be included in the book Diversity and Inclusion in Organizations. The work will include: 1. ISBN issued by INDAUTOR (Mexico) 2. DOI 3. Publication in open access digital format. 4. Dissemination through the SICSM publishing portal. 5. Registration and indexing on academic platforms and specialized repositories.
