IEEE CPSCom 2026 invites original, unpublished research contributions on all aspects of cyber-physical-social systems. The conference provides a premier forum for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss the latest advances in the convergence of cyber, physical, and social computing.

IEEE CPSCom 2026 is co-located with four other IEEE conferences (Blockchain, SmartData, iThings, GreenCom) as part of the 2026 IEEE Cybermatics Congress.

*********************** SUBMISSION GUIDELINES ***************

All papers must be submitted electronically through EDAS in PDF format. Submissions must follow the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings manuscript style.

- Regular full paper: up to 8 pages (or 10 pages with over-length charge)
- Short paper: up to 6 pages (or 8 pages with over-length charge)

Page limits include all content, figures, tables, and references. Papers must be original, unpublished, and not currently under review elsewhere.

*********************** PUBLICATION ***************

Accepted papers will be published by IEEE Computer Society Press. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and present their work at the conference; otherwise, the paper will not be included in the proceedings. All accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and EI. Distinguished papers, after further revision, will be invited for submission to a special issue.
